AGE RESTRICTIONS: 12 and under are restricted to traditional custom fit jewelry with clasps.  A parent or legal guardian must accompany and provide consent for anyone under the age of 18.

We do! We offer clasps for those who prefer to take their jewelry on & off. Clasp prices are based on the chain they choose.

Of course! If you don't want to purchase a charm during your experience, you are welcome to visit us at any pop-up/event to add it later on.

Before your procedure, carefully cut the jump ring that was welded. After your procedure, bring the chain by with proof of procedure and we will be happy to reattach it - free of charge.

Yes! You can generally keep most jewelry on while going through airport security at TSA checkpoints. Small pieces like rings, bracelets, anklets, and necklaces usually don’t trigger the metal detectors. 

All sales are final. We are providing a service and creating a custom-fit chain for you specifically and cannot reuse the metal after it has been cut. Please ensure you are purchasing the chain you love before completing the “spark” process.

As part of the process, we quality check the chain to ensure it was attached before you leave the stylist station. However, we understand the chains are not indestructible, and things can happen over time. We offer a FREE one-time re-attachment.

We are always happy to fix your jewelry! However, if you purchased the chain from another brand, we do charge a $20 fee to reattach it.
